We ship to Europe

When placing a purchase order, the customer must enter a full valid address, contact details (e-mail, telephone) and select the method of payment. The customer can choose to pay by payment card (we accept VISA, MasterCard, Visa Electron or Maestro, all card transactions are secured using 3-D Secure standard), by wire transfer based on an invoice issued by Academy of Performing Arts (the invoice issued for purchased goods is due in 14 days) and in cash (valid only for purchases of goods to be collected at the seller’s registered office – AMU).

If paying by wire transfer based on an invoice, ordered goods cannot be dispatched until the respective amount is credited to the AMU bank account. In most cases, goods are sent out to the customer within 4 business days after the respective amount is credited to the AMU bank account

Shipment options

Czech Post – standard shipments – consignments sent by registered mail (purchase order up to 2 kg of weight) and high value parcels are delivered in 4-7business days. In most cases, however, shipments are delivered in one to two days. If the addressee cannot be reached, the shipment is left at the local post office for 14 days to be collected.

DPD – standard shipments – DPD parcel service delivers shipments in 3-7 business days upon submission. The shipper will notify about the time of delivery by telephone or text message. Delivery times can be arranged individually.

Collection in person – Praha 1, Tržiště 18a. Only cash payments accepted.
